Established for over 30 years - the Springboard to Confidence For Your Child

Using uniquely designed Gym and Soft Play equipment, your child will develop Agility, Balance, Climbing and Co-ordination skills needed for sports such as Gymnastics and Football all geared to your childs stage of development.

Tumble Tots is a structured programme designed to build self-confidence and develop essential listening and language skills for toddlers and pre-school children. Programme updated fortnightly for variety and stimulation.

Supervised by trained and qualified staff, all CRB checked, in a fun and caring environment, maximum ratio 1:6.

Gymbabes for babies who crawling/cruising through to walking is the introductary class to Tumble Tots

Tumble Tots for children walking to school age in separate classes for walking-2 yrs, 2-3 yrs and 3-5 yrs

Gymbobs for children from full time school to 7 years. (Reception to year 2)

The Benefits of Regular Physical Exercise Such As Tumble Tots 

Regular exercise for children, including active play, brings benefits on many different levels. It not only promotes general good health, it also helps build healthy hearts, develops strong muscles and bones and reduces the onset of childhood obesity.

In the UK, one child in every three is overweight or obese (British Heart Foundation 2004). Obese children risk becoming obese adults, with the associated health threats of heart conditions and other diseases, e.g. diabetes.
